Founded in 2006, Optimum began as a specialist in sealant application for the construction industry. From day one, our mission has been clear: to deliver a high-standard, reliable, and professional service. Our commitment to excellence quickly earned us the trust of leading principal contractors across London and the South East, laying the foundation for long-term growth.

In 2010, we expanded our services with the launch of our Fire Protection Division, offering fire stopping and passive fire protection solutions to both new and existing clients.

Since then, Optimum has continued to grow from strength to strength. Both our Sealant Application and Fire Protection divisions have seen consistent development, supported by long-standing relationships with main contractors and a strong track record of repeat business.
